1 General Overview & Compliance

By visiting our website, ordering pharmaceutical supplies, or consulting with our healthcare desk, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and applicable regulatory laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (including DRAP drug acts).

2 Product Authenticity & Prescription Requirements

• 100% Genuine Stock: All products are sourced directly from authorized pharmaceutical manufacturers with valid batch numbers.
• Prescription Drugs: Schedule and prescription-only medications require a valid written prescription from a registered PMDC/PMC medical practitioner. Chowhans reserves the right to withhold dispensing until clinical verification is satisfied.
• Pricing & Availability: Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). While we strive for absolute accuracy, prices and stock levels may adjust without prior notification in accordance with manufacturer revisions.

3 Payment Methods & Nationwide Delivery

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers can pay cash upon physical delivery of sealed parcels at their address.
• Delivery Timelines: Standard nationwide delivery takes 3 to 4 business days. Major city destinations (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Jhelum) typically take 24–48 hours.
• Thermal Preservation: Temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals are shipped with thermal packing. Delivery couriers are instructed to deliver perishable items on priority.

4 Order Cancellation, Replacement & Returns

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order at zero cost before it has been dispatched by our pharmacy counter via phone or WhatsApp.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If any parcel arrives damaged or with incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free immediate replacement or refund.
• Drug Safety Hygiene: Under Pakistani health guidelines, unsealed, opened, or used medicinal blister packs and syrups cannot be accepted for return to protect patient safety.

5 User Privacy & Data Security

We take patient medical confidentiality seriously. Any personal details, prescription images, or consultation records shared with Chowhans Pharmacy are stored under strict data privacy protocols and are never sold or rented to third-party marketing entities.
