1 Are all medicines and skincare products 100% genuine and original?
Yes, absolutely. Chowhans Pharmacy (Established in 1948) only sources directly from DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) licensed pharmaceutical manufacturers and authorized distributors. Every single item undergoes strict temperature-controlled storage and batch verification before dispatch.
2 How long does nationwide delivery take across Pakistan?
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 working days nationwide. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched on the same working day via verified tracked couriers. Temperature-sensitive items are packaged with thermal cold-chain insulation.
3 What are your delivery charges and payment options?
Standard delivery charges are a flat Rs. 350 nationwide across all cities and towns in Pakistan. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as direct online bank transfer. You pay the delivery rider upon receiving your sealed, verified parcel.
4 How can I upload or attach my doctor's prescription?
You can simply send a photo of your prescription directly to our WhatsApp hotline at 0302-0135666 or click the "Attach Prescription" button on any product page. Our registered pharmacist will review it and confirm your exact dosage.
5 What is your return or exchange policy if an item arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a broken seal, notify us within 48 hours via WhatsApp with photos of the parcel. We will arrange an immediate free replacement or full refund. Note that opened or used pharmaceutical blister packs cannot be returned due to hygiene and drug safety regulations.
6 Can I place my order directly on WhatsApp instead of the website?
